Cliff Williams

Cliff never wanted to be a biotic, so he tried to hide his powers and was never trained properly. But he followed his fathers foodsteps as a C-Sec Officer and after Sovereigns attack on the citadel, during which he lost many comrades, he honed this abilities to give him an advantage in combat.

Combat-Strategy: Cliff relies mainly on his steady aim and the power of his rifle to dish out deadly bursts of armor piering bullets. But if he encounters enemys that barricaded themself he unleashes a Shockwave to force them out of cover. Also if anything comes close enough to melee him he discharges his barriers in a Nova to stun his attacker and then follows up with a Biotic Strike.
